Short Periods of Structured Nothingness
Blast Theory
When do you feel in control, when do you not, and why does it matter? Do these feelings come from inside or from something outside you?
It might feel like coffee, junk food, alcohol, or more illicit substances can make life more manageable. But when we seek comfort and connection through humble, everyday habits, we can end up somewhere we don’t expect. In Short Periods of Structured Nothingness, join an intimate conversation with young women as they reflect on their own experiences and decisions.
Blast Theory Led by Matt Adams, Ju Row Farr, and Nick Tandavanitj, Blast Theory make interactive art that draws on popular culture and new technologies to explore social and political questions.
